Life Lately

Life lately..

  Life lately has treated us pretty well. We are just getting done with spring break and heading back to school.  I start teaching tomorrow for a few weeks in a first grade class.  Instead of going to class for the next three weeks at UVU we go to elementary schools and teach for three weeks. I really love it, It is so fun to be with the kids.  As for me I'm almost done with school.  I have one semester after this one, (summer semester) and then I am finally done! I got a teaching internship with Provo District and will start teaching at Edgmont Elementary this August.  I am very excited to start teaching and working  with children.  I think my summer and the next year of my life will be pretty busy, but it will be worth it! We also went on a trip to my parents cabin and built our first snowman. He is pretty cute I think.

Shea is also still going to school. He is currently in the Police Academy at SLCC and loves it! He will graduate in September from the program. It will be nice to be starting into our careers this year and have a career that we both love.  Shea is also attending UVU to get his Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice.  So he is pretty busy going to two different schools and doing double schooling. 

We recently just got put into primary at our ward.  We teach the CTR 6 class, and they are pretty darn cute! I'm glad to be teaching them and to get to know the cute little kids in our ward. Lately we have been trying to decorate our house, still.  And get our yard ready for spring.  We have a cute little puppy named Duke who keeps us busy as well.  I love summer and I'm absolutely so excited for the warm weather.  This is just a little bit about our LIFE LATELY.
