We went to China last month with some of my family for a vacation and it was absolutely fantastic! It was such a neat place to visit and learn about their culture and living. We got to see and visit so many places there. We went to Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City, The Summer Palace, Shopping, and so much more. Oh and best of all we went to the Great Wall of China, which was incredible! You could see the wall going in both directions for what seemed like forever. The great wall of China covers 4,000 miles and is absolutely amazing to see. I loved it! We went on this trip with other American's so it was nice to know and be able to talk to them while in China. I do have to say the flight was so so long 13 hours.. And it took like a whole day for me to adjust back to Utah time but it was definately worth it. Below are some pictures to show you what we saw. I would definitely recommend going there if you are thinking about it, it was awesome! Enjoy the pictures

The gang at China. My parents, Jess and Ben, Me and Shea, Mac, and Grandpa

Our pictures with the guards I wanted to touch them but didn't dare. ha

My dad, they don't always supply toilet paper for the bathrooms. You get lucky when you find a bathroom there with toilet paper. :)

We went to a Pearl Factory. Look at all the pearls in just one oyster.

Me and Shea at the Summer Palace. It was very windy that day.

China sales people are worse then at Mexico they never leave you alone.

We went to an Acrobatic show it was amazing the things they did there!

They were very talented!

All us kids jumping around at the Emperor's tombs.

The emperor's tomb burial area, there were statues everywhere here.

Me and Shea riding in the rickishaws. This was so fun. People would ride their bikes along the side of you and try to sell you stuff. ha ha

Our crew at the Olympic Bird's Nest.
